Crazyfool01
Ive been having a think what was my favourite area of the festival over the years ... and have come to the conclusion mine was Copperdollar when it existed a few years back .... for just sheer randomness and evenings of much laughter and merriment .... whats yours ? and why ?
Bisque
The lanes in & around Shangri-La in 2010 & 2011 with the micro venues & general randomness going on.
Ayrshire Chris
Made our first visit to Strummerville in2017. A lovely end to a day at the main stages. And I just love the bread and roses bar, great atmosphere and bands, oh and the Avalon cafe let’s face it, the whole place is utterly incredible! Wanderlei
I really like the Left Field Stage. Such a good vibe, and I've had some of my best times there 😊
danbailey80
Glade area. I.e Yes the stage but also the spike and glade lounge etc. Closely followed by green fields.

BlueDaze
i love The Park... It feels like you have to make the effort to get over there and it is a great place to watch a headliner.. but best of all has to be top of the HoD on a tuesday night.... a great view of the site and it just crackles with anticipation.. marathonsteve
My Tent is my fave area at the end of the Night
Avalon_Fields
I miss the original Arcadia - below - and the original Strummerville (Although the new versions are great too), mainly I miss camping on Big Ground...which is of course me that’s changed not the festival. The Copperdollar was fun too, this from 2015:
Pinhead
The Afterburner is at Bearded this year. Be good to say hello to it again.
vintagelaureate
So many to choose from... The first walk up the hill and stone circle on the Wednesday, and the Croissant Neuf / Williams Green on a Thursday are high up my list! stuartbert two hats
I quite like The Pyramid Stage.
Supernintendo Chalmers
The Glade at sunset on a warm evening is a joy to behold, the sweatbox that is NYC Downlow is worth the queue. Either of those two at the right time are amazing. One of my non-Glasto favorites was the Slam Tent at T in the Park (RIP). That place used to go OFF. anditmakesmesmile
The Spike. And this year it gave sweet sanctuary from the heat.

Gnomicide
Avalon is my favourite but nothing beats The Pyramid when a headliner you love is on. Favourite away from Glastonbury is The Woodland at Bearded Theory.

Favourite away from Glastonbury is The Woodland at Bearded Theory. I bloody love the Pyramid in the middle of the day. The Proclaimers, Sheryl Crow and Vampire Weekend were all properly good fun. There's something so relaxed about being up on the hill, enjoying a band, having a chat with your mates and bothering nobody in the process, whilst being able to hear and see them perfectly well. I know the casual aspect is why it can be so weak, but sometimes it just hits the spot. Telling that I've really enjoyed the place the last couple of festivals, but didn't see a single band there in 2016. No sitting up on the hill enjoying the sunshine that year! Earth_pig
The green fields is special it sets the festival apart from the rest imo and is just lovely. You can get away from the big crowds and relax but also has bands and djs at the Greenpeace bit. Might make myself something crafty this festival. grumpyhack
Bourbon Street Blues (now sadly no more) was a lovely venue. Of those still around, I loved Croissant Neuf and their bandstand, Left Field and the Acoustic Tent. Plus (and I'm sorry it's so many but that's the joy of Glasto) the Circus Kid's Field where I saw the magnificent Bill Ferguson's juggling act three times over a festival as he was so good. But best of all has to be chilling at my caravan in CV East putting the world to rights with some of my oldest friends and family.
BlackZeppelin
End of the night in Strummerville is a great. I like the Stone Circle, listened to a great conversation between a poet and a botanist about the beautiful tree there this year. (apparently has a very rare "good" fungus growing at its base)
Funkyfairy!
There was a venue pre beat hotel (same place) that used to look like a ship (from memory) but had palm trees and sold cocktails - and cheesy music all the way. Spent a brilliant few hours there one afternoon (after an efests footie match) , and still one of my best random afternoons. Stage wise I am a real John Peel fan , Theres something about the acoustics in there that make me get goosebumps and over the years have seen some very special sets in there
