Wow, I did not expect so many responses. You guys are awesome! There's a few recurring stalls in this thread so far that I'm definitely going to check out this year. Keep sending them through!

Worth keeping this chat going as it's one of the only topics that doesn't normally start an argument, but the old thread is worth a scan if you've not already seen it, lots of info in here as well :)

I tried ordering from the Dosa place early doors this year to be told they only opened for Lunch. Was tempted to explain the the old dosa was a breakfast staple when I was in Goa, but didn't want to come across as a dick.

I went twice this year and had a load of our group follow suit after trying them. Their bhaji's are unbelievable.

I had a halloumi burrito from this place last year, stupidly didn’t get the name or take any photos but it was that good I went back twice.

Formerly known as Carlito Burrito, renamed last year to something like Burrito Cartel I think? And yeah, they're best burrito on site I've found

care to elaborate as to why ? not sure ive been in there before ?

Quite a laid back bar, some comfy seats inside and nice outdoor seating. Seen good bands playing such as the Leylines from Weston SM. If you havnt heard them give their sat in a field a listen, their Glastonbury tribute song.

Also, because as an old socialist,  Ive loved the lyrics of the song bread and roses, ever since I heard Joan Baez perform it a long time ago! I even quoted the whole song in a speech I made recently!  The bar is also in a good position.

favourite place for a drink, The Bread and Roses!

Second this. Saw a great band called LIINES in there on Sunday night. Got a free pint that night too after being talked into hanging around for the next couple of acts.

this is how it looked in 2011 - its the only WBC controlled bar that opens up a few days before the gates are open to the Public - this shot was the Tuesday night so its all various crews and workers.

Its named after the WBC own pub { 68 Clapham Manor St Clapham Town SW4 6DZ} that they have owned for over 20 years.

I will pass on your remarks to the Bar Manager as he will be pleased.

I found this place in 2016 cant remember where though. Where was it? I remember comfy sofas but also mud everywhere.

It’s  half way between the back of the pyramid field and left field, at a junction where a road goes in the Williams green, circus area direction!
