Had a little google but wondering if someone here can simplify it. I remember the referendum result at Glastonbury and being gutted by it but I honestly can’t remember a thing about how it came became a thing in the first place. I know Cameron is the one that called the referendum but I don’t remember why? Was there massive pressure due to immigration or something? It’s really odd. I can remember everything about the campaigns, the result and everything since but can’t for the life of me remember how/why it came about?

It was a particularly demanding festival, Brexit vote and the mud, still had a magic time but there were pockets of sadness, disappointment and fuckedoffness, a similar feeling to last Friday

Pressure from Farage and the right of his party. He called the ref to head them all off thinking he would win
