wildtal31
Hi all, due to the panic of ensuring we have a tent (we're coming in from abroad), we have managed to double-booked two tents. We did not purchase refund protection so would we be able to cancel and refund the cost of 1 tent? It's our first time to Glastonbury so we're not sure what the procedures are like. Some help/advice will be highly appreciated!

You can get a refund up to the 7th May, after then it's non refundable and that's why you need the refund protection.

So without the refund protection I would not be able to get the refund? On the Sticklich website it states that the cover is only in the event that lead booker is unable to attend, but as lead booker, I am attending. The seeticket customer service form states the following when I tried to apply for a refund, there is not much information otherwise on how to go about cancelling the booking. Information We regret that we cannot exchange, refund, transfer or return tickets unless the event in question is cancelled or details of the event are significantly changed (for example venue, date etc). You might have to pay an admin fee of £

Hello, I will buy the tent off you and no need for transfer the name over as we can buy it off you and you just put my friend as the second name. On Thursday we only managed to get a four man tent when there are 5 of us so looking to find a two man tent so they can at least be in the same field with us. Let me know if that works for you so need to to get a refund as we can pay you for it and then you put him as the second name on the booking if that’s makes sense. Let me know :)

I'd go through standard process and get the refund back to you, and let the tent go back into the pool for the resale, else if you have any issues with lead booker etc you will need to sort them out . Did you get this sorted? I'm getting the same message and wondering what would be the next step..
eyebrain
Update to everyone who stumble on this thread looking for an answer; you'd need to write them general inquiry and they will manually refund. One Sticklinch 4-person tri-lodge back in the pot, good luck!
