Glastonbury 50 Delay.

Just woke up this morning to discover my preorder for Glastonbury 50 was pushed back to May 2020! I preordered a copy to be shipped to the US, and for some reason they pushed back the international release date without any prior notice. Does anyone have any more information? Ruined my holiday...

Good point, but how much would it cost to send something that heavy?

Cancel your order and re-order elsewhere maybe (from a UK site)? 

I haven't seen anything about it being a delay elsewhere.

Amazon.com is also now showing a May 2020 release date.

Could you cancel your existing order and order from Amazon.co.uk?

I'm thinking it may have already been fulfilled, so I'm reluctant to cancel just incase it does ship. I'm contacting The Book Depository now to see what's up.

If it has a May 2020 restock date the order wont have been fulfilled yet.  You can cancel it and order from Waterstones.  They deliver overseas...I'm in Melbourne and my copy was dispatched yesterday.

More than happy to post it to you pal if you want to cancel and reorder and send it to my address. That's if you're happy with the postage. If someone can weigh their book we can find out the postage costs online. You can have it in time for Christmas.

Amazon have got the shipping weight down as 1.82 kg not sure if that includes their own packaging though.

Looks like it'll be somewhere between £17 - £20 Royal Mail Tracked.

Just checked Amazon and they're now showing as out of stock till end of November. Also checked on Twitter and it appears a fair few people who ordered signed copies off Waterstones have been sent unsigned copies too.
