I think it all comes down to whether the people at GFL hear the decision re: limiting large events at the same time as the rest of us, or whether they are given some sort of heads up. 

If it’s the former then I don’t think we can expect anything before the COBRA meeting.

Actually, what I heard is pretty definite that there's a Glasto announcement today. I can't guarantee it's about bands but everything about it looks like it is.

it's not impossible.  

What i've got isn't specifically saying "its a bands announcement" but reading between the lines it's strongly suggestive that it is - but bands who are playing.
