sisco
Duran Duran aren’t listed as an exclusive for IOW this time so I’ve no doubt they’ll be back at this too
sadimmock
I was sent another survey by BST yesterday. Mostly on social-distancing/hygiene measures, but they also asked for bands I was interested in seeing.

Gilgamesh69
I don't think there's much info yet; I'm not expecting anything til near the year's end. I think Duran Duran are the only headliner confirmed to be active next year. But not sure if they'll return; it seems like they were a late booking, perhaps replacing someone that dropped out. How that plays out with BST is still to be seen, but it should at least put them on the rumour list...
Sdsm123
Pearl jam are the one I’m really hoping come back! Never got to chance to see them 🤞🤞🤞

I suspect this is because BST are not ready to announce yet, but the dates look like they line up. I would be pretty surprised if PJ don't end up at Hyde Park. maelzoid
Looking a bit closer at the tour dates, there is an 8-day gap in early July. My prediction is BST on Friday 9th July.

judyblue110
Looking like PJ confirmed for the 9th July (Heard it mentioned on Zoe Ball's breakfast show...) https://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/lifestyle/entertainment/pixies-excited-to-support-pearl-jam-at-british-summer-time-2021/ What's interesting is the following line... The Boston-formed alternative rock band will support Pearl Jam on July 9, while Bristolian punk outfit Idles will fill the same slot on July 10. Wondering if this means double headliner for Pearl Jam?

Interestingly Duran Duran have also tweeted watch this space
Karlos12345
Offical newsletter from the band came through. 09.07. PEARL JAM | Pixies 10.07. PEARL JAM | Idles

jump
I’d rather have Idles and Pixies on the same day than Pearl Jam myself.

It says she's TBC on the lineup page but I can't find anything else about it. Did someone just say "PJ is playing" and someone thought that meant Harvey instead of Pearl Jam? foolee
I wish it was Idles, Pixies and then Pearl Jam on the Saturday. That would be ridiculously good and definitely worth the price which I assume will be around £80 plus.
