I think Hozier has a chance at headlining next year, would be a good booking too. -

I'm getting the coach from London at 12:00 on the Wednesday. First time taking a SeeTickets coach, took a National Express back in 1998 - I think that left from VCS, do the SeeTickets coaches leave from the O2? I have mates taking their CVs so will likely get them to take most of my gear, so I should hopefully be travelling light - so more luggage space for everyone else on my coach. Would've liked to have been on site earlier on the Weds but at least i'm going, I have mates that usually come with us without tickets and last year I had to volunteer to go so got to look on the bright side. -
Won't be anywhere near as bad as you fear - tickets aren't available to day ticket holders - lot of tourists don't arrive til Thurs or later on the Weds night - some locals will still be working at that early time/Spanish tend to prefer to go out later - The National have played a million times and are playing 2 days later - Lots of people are disorganised/don't care enough and won't access the tickets when they go on sale - Some will want to see Phoenix and is a bit of a pain to see both Just some of the reasons...

This has been my approach for the last 10 years or so. Stop with the beer/cider before the sub-headliner, have a piss between sub and headliner and get the hipflask of spiced rum out to get me through to midnight. Seems to work well.
