Aw we loved Finkley farm! Well the kids did when they were babes. We used to live about 10 mins away. We had a video of Dave Benson Phillips singing songs whilst on the farm. Kept the little tinkers amused back in the day.

We’re in Picket Piece now, so it’s literally 45 seconds away, so we bought a season ticket. It’s great there! And they opened a preschool on the farm 2 years ago that mini-Woffy went to.

You'd have been looking at very strong blasts of wind, light rain, and February temperatures. Basically, miserable.

Sorry to disappoint but it is and would have been perfectly fine. Bit of rain on rock hard ground earlier meant nothing.

Not particularly considerate wishing we have a shit weekend to make you feel better.

If it's anything like central Bristol has been today, I suspect it would have been pretty muddy. It's belting down right now and has been for an hour or so. Nice bits earlier in the day but when it has been rainy, it has been really rainy. 

Wednesday to Friday would have been magnificent, mind.

Luckily here in Pilton it was not like Bristol yesterday. The ground is still hard. Just a couple of sharp showers, otherwise a bright sunny breezy day. Perfect.

this morning is bright, cloudy but patches of blue which look promising. No rain.

I like living in the Lake District and all, but I'm bloody glad the festival isn't held up here.  It's been like winter for the weekend!

The weather is very variable in Somerset was 15mins away from the site yesterday and we had a couple of downpours between the sun and dark clouds!  Today 40mins away from site and rainy and windy!!

its a bit breezy for the sound on  the other stage today ? ...... mind you if thats the only negative weather wise .... it would have been a cracking weekend for it ... same again next year pls

It’s not that windy! A slight movement in the trees. We’ve had the odd short very light shower. Nothing much. Suns out and it’s looking bright and warm

Trainers are good unless you want to be in the papers. Cos apparently only people wearing hunters go to the festival

I went through all of 2017 with trainers, hopefully that can repeat itself in 2021.

I did all of 2017 in trainers, and for 2019 I bought a pair of waterproof trainers. I'll never bring wellies again except if we know 2016 apaocolyptic mud is going to happen.
