Checking in too ! First Glastonbury this year and absolutely gutted to have missed out. On holding page from 9.02 and no tickets ?

My general advice here (as a stalwart of the 2019 club) would be to don't put all hopes into the Resale, that can be an utter shit show. Look into volunteering, Oxfam was brilliant and I would do that again if I couldn't get tickets.

And remember that most places will let you cancel a volunteering place up to a certain point before the festival. For Oxfam it's 6 weeks before (so well after the resale) and with a 20 quid admin fee. So you can hedge your bets a little if you don't mind risking 20 quid.

Hi all - going to be a long wait until April!

ok guys ive had lots of offers of help and im trying to put them all in one place so if people could pm me id be very grateful so I can organise them in one place ... I know there are many others but @Charm and @vintagelaureate might also appreciate a pm or two thousand at this time @charm ive decided not to break up my group and going to stick to a 4 with my boss wife and best friend  .... I think we both should be there from the support offered so far ... and think sticking what I have is ultimately the right thing to do ... thank you all

My friends tend to have weirdly good luck in the resale. It's definitely possible, even though it sounds daunting if youb have never had to rely on it before! Less tickets, sure, but also less people trying. Keep the faith x

Hello everyone, I may as well introduce myself now after I lurked here all summer desperate for a way in. I had been four years in a row from 2014...it’s been far too long already what with the fallow year too! 

This year I bought a special ethernet attachment for my Macbook and everything. I got two booking screens at once, put all the details in, then the card details, click proceed and....it freezes and times out...so I press back and find a red note under one of the registration numbers saying a ticket had already been bought for them...delete his details and press proceed and...sold out ?

Turns out one of my mates is a bastard who had ‘cast his net pretty wide’ and given loads of people his reg number, so that may be why my booking wouldn’t go through ??? 

So April it is...and also try to get my band a gig on literally any stage at any time.
