Coach Duration?

We're getting the 9am from London, Google maps says it's a 2 hour 44 min drive usually, but coaches typically take a little longer. Does anyone know of a reasonable ETA for our coach?

Factor at least half an hour to load bags, a half an hour stop. At midday traffic around the gate is usually ok but all depends how many coaches are arriving and how free flowing the roads around are.

If the weather is bad it could be anything. I'd say you'd be arriving 1pm. 

Our coach from Manchester sailed in last year but we didn't leave until 2pm

We got the coach from London last year and it took just over 4 hours. A lot of that time was spent having to get round the M25 during morning rush hour.
