Which browser worked best for you?

I know technically this shouldn't matter, but Chrome (Incognito) was the absolute boss, for me. It connected when Firefox timed out and Safari didn't even get that far.

I was unsuccessful, but every time I refreshed with a private window in Chrome, it at least got through.

Anyone else?

IE, second year in a row. The only thing IE has been useful for, ever.

I had two browsers open, Chrome  (in private) and Safari. Chrome kept hanging but Safari was working fine, got as far as the coach times page at about 6.15 but didn't manage to book. Historically Safari has served me much better.

safari on iPad for me (also had laptop and phone on mobile network which both just got stuck on white page)

Got them on my phone without refreshing, laptop (Chrome) didn't get very far.

Surprised private browsers worked actually. Turned off all security in case it affected the functioning of the site. Cookies may be useful for 'going back' and so on..

I had IE\Edge\Chrome and FF open from my home connection, IE\Edge\Chrome & FF over a vpn from work using their business connection, Edge & Chrome from a Virtual Machine on Azure based in the Microsoft London datacentre, Edge & Chrome from a VM on Azure based in the Amsterdam datacentre and an Android phone. Not a sniff.

Wife walks in from work at 5 past 6 and gets through straight away for Wed on her iphone and then again for Thu. Go figure.

No joy though Birmingham had sold out.

A Private Firefox tab, regular Edge one and the Chrome tab on my phone worked best but still didn't get anywhere. Chrome on the laptop was awful.

I found Safari way more reliable - Chrome was hanging. In the end though, tickets were secured on Chrome, so there really is no rhyme or reason to it.

I had Safari, Chrome and Chrome Incognito.

I got through in regular Chrome

Chrome was a washout. Friend got through on Safari.

There is no pattern.

So it all seems desparately random if I gauge this correctly. Seems the ticket engine gives no one any particular advantage regardless of any fancy technical set up?
