phimill
Not sure if this is mentioned elsewhere but is this new.... Please note, your registration numbers will be locked for up to 10 minutes if your details are entered incorrectly, an attempt to book is already held against your registration number, or your 5 minutes on the booking page ends. If the transaction fails and tickets are still available, your registration number will be released to give you the chance to try again. https://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/full-2020-ticket-info/ or is it just to scare people doing groups? Username taken
Quote your registration numbers will be locked for up to 10 minutes if your details are entered incorrectly Does this mean that, if someone you've never met who has a reg number similar to yours accidentally puts yours in, you'll be locked out? They would also have to accidentally mistype your postcode too. Near impossible

Near impossible No that's what I'm saying. They accidentally put in your reg number but type in their postcode correctly. Would that lock you out? Slugworth
No I don't think so. My understanding is, in order to get to the part that would lock you out you'd have to enter the correct details on the previous page.

Dom Wall
So, if someone is booking with your number but doesn't update the group chat; you then get through whilst they're entering card details, you'd both get kicked out?

No because your reg. number and postcode are linked, if you entered one incorrectly, it wouldn't appear as a registration on their system or else it would tell you your postcode is incorrect or something. It locks you out if the reg / postcode details are correct but the payment details are incorrect At least I hope that's.......correct (forgive the pun)

I would assume that if two people get through to the payment page at the same time then it would be a case of whoever gets the payment done first secures the tickets. Then it wouldn’t matter if the other one is locked out.
