What is that exactly? Are they suggesting they’re going to play a whole set of covers?

I see they are supporting the Killers in Coventry on 11 June, which explains that bit.

My guess is that it's a list of songs to consider, rather than a decided set list

Yeah, they’ve covered almost, if not all of those songs before. Safe to assume they’d pick a couple tops.

Yeah they usually drop one or two covers in their set. They did a pretty Goode cover of In Between Days a couple of years ago.

In 1992/93 I did a spot of volunteer work at the local hospital radio station. Every week the top 10 singles were donated by a record shop and I was always excited when an indie or decent dance song got in there, so I could get chance to play it on my high profile Sunday 7am-8am slot.

For some reason, the copy of the Manics cover of “Suicide in Painless” was missing from the week it charted.

Weirdly for an act like Dua Lipa I'd be much more likely to see her in the afternoon on the Pyramid than headlining a stage but for the Manics I'd be much more likely to watch them headline JP than be there for them plodding through an afternoon set on the Other.
