I’ve mentioned it before but Twenty One Pilots seem a great fit for one of the big Other stage headliners, especially since they’re around a couple of days before. They’d probably work quite well opposite Macca since they seem to have quite a young fanbase.

Agree with the comments above.  I’d say the busy morning of announcements pretty much confirms Noel, Snow Patrol and Twenty One Pilots.  Looking likely that Lewis Capaldi will get his pyramid spot too

Yeah I think they will deffo be there, I went to see them the other night but didn’t get a chance to ask them after the gig cause they had to shoot off.

Confidence Man, Supergrass (we already knew that one), Levellers (only right they are there) all good. With Wolf Alice, Diana Ross and Macca, it's a pretty good start.

Also, I wouldn't be adverse to Little Mix doing the Avalon pop set or an Other Stage slot. Pop should always have a place at Glastonbury.

I saw the in Cardiff, someone shouted out about Glastonbury and he actually answered it. He said he couldn't talk about it, so Id guess its on.

My advice to them is to go back to album versions for the festival, not do the reworks.

Hes said before he'd like to play a Friday as its gets it out of the way. So, yeah. Id be happy with that.

What were they like in Cardiff?  Listened to the reworked album and it just doesn't work for me.

It didn't work for me. I'm a lapsed fan really, I only really liked Final Straw but my wife wanted to go. The reworks were just too slow for a packed arena, it never got going. They played Run, and I just wanted it to go 'large' and it never did. For Glastonbury I think they need the 'anthems'.
