Not exactly around Glastonbury but acts that are doing the rounds nonetheless.

Will be going to the Rage day (Slowthai, RTJ, Idles and RATM is a nice run) but overall this is dreadful.

Damn, that Rage day is disappointingly poor for me. I love Idles, but won't they clash with the start of Rage in that spot?

Yeah it’s pretty dumb that they’ve decided to book nothing else heavy on that day, and the one act who will have a bit of crossover will no doubt clash. Mass exodus midway through Idles set.

Yeh that's really quite shite.

I don't really want to go to Reading. But I really want to see Rage. This is a terrible terrible conundrum.

Denzel Curry clashing with Peggy is another stupid clash.

It's not that bad a line up though, seeing the rage against the rage against the machine yesterday on twitter really hit home just how far I am from the core demographic these days.

What's the deal with Gallows these days as well? Is ya boi from Alexisonfire still fronting them?

their ethos now seems to be making as much money as possible via Live Nation/Festival Republic.

I don't know much about them tbh mate. Have seen them be very complimentary about Depeche Mode in the past and thats what brought them to my attention. Not really a fan of their music but from the bits I have read, I kind of liked their ethos. Shame if they have sold out but mouths need feeding I suppose.

Pretty much the only positive for me from this lot is that Spector are playing at least one festival.  Love to see them on Williams Green or early doors JPT.
