Earth_pig
Mavis Staples is in London June 21st then a bit gap, she has a nice voice. Also Georgia who is a new singer a bit like Robyn is touring around that time to.
CaledonianGonzo
Both played last year. Georgia may be back but doubt Mave would go two years on the bounce.

maelzoid
https://www.patmetheny.com/schedule/ Pat Metheny is touring throughout Europe up until mid-June with no UK dates at all. I see very little chance that he'll turn up at the farm as he doesn't seem to cross over to these kind of festivals, which is a damn shame. Would be amazing to have him on West Holts. I rather enjoyed Mavis last year, additional kudos for rocking up in a Glastonbury t-shirt.

henry bear
Does this contravene the ‘wearing artist t-shirt to their concert’ rule?

It was great, excepting for the fact that she kept all the real Staples Singers classics in the cupboard.

Other than that one off of school of rock I haven’t a clue. Spot on there. No is the answer imo. For me, Stevie Nicks subbing Glasto would be a bit dead. Her recent setlist (posted earlier) mainly features all the slow Fleetwood Mac ones and doesn't have the pop-crowd pleasers like 'Everywhere', 'Don't Stop', 'Little lies', 'Go Your Own Way'. I know she didn't sing most of these either haha!

CaledonianGonzo
Not really that surprising that Stevie doesn't do Go Your Own Way as part of her solo act.
Hugh Jass
Given that Crowded House are looking likely too there might be scope for a Nicks/Finn duet at some point.
The Spandex Warrior
I love FM, and maybe a bit controversially Gypsy is one of my favourites - so whilst I'd love FM to headline I'm resigned to it being highly unlikely that they ever will, so a Stevie Nicks solo set would make me very happy!
