First APE announcement for May. Tame Impala (UK Exclusive apparently) with Caribou, Glass Animals, Whitney, Rolling Blackouts CF, Kelly Lee Owens and Holy Fuck. Reckon we'll be seeing some of them come June :)

Caribou would be great.

Unsurprising Tame won't be back, nowhere to go from headlining Other.

Hopefully a bit more UK success and they'll be Pyramid headliners in the future.

He hasn't released much new music either, he played (pretty much) the exact same set as he did in 2016. Don't think they're rushing to get him back soon. He's really big in America though, headlined Coachella one of the nights.

Im not big on the bingley weekender, but is that a big line up for them?

So basically, Bingley fest has been run for years, last year the council said they couldn’t afford to do it this year, this is coming on the back of one of their biggest crowds, the local rugby club spotted a opportunity and held one on their ground this year and called it Bingley weekender, it was successful so they’ve done it again, the Bingley fest is held in a park, so my initial thoughts for this years was how can a rugby club host such a festival, with its size but they did, it doesn’t look too big looking in when driving past, saying that though, Bingley Fest was only 3 stages, one the size of the other stage, one the size off 2 semis and one as big as a car, maybe, maybe the Bingley weekender just uses one stage to save space

Bingley is a nice area of Bradford, as little town centre with a few friendly bars, to warm up in

That’s an early announcement. Geeeeez.

Maybe they are trying to get in early to get all the punters before Bingley Fest announce their return, making it worthless too do, Bingley Fest took a break this year as the council said they couldn’t afford it, the local rugby club spotted an opportunity, and used the same dates

The Bingley Weekender shares a headliner with Benicassim.

Does the Bingley Manifesto have them borrowing for a number of years or do the good people of Bingley have a tax increase coming round the corner...??

(sorry, Andrew Marr on the telly...)
