a6l6e6x
Could we see much crossover from the lets rock announcements? The Exeter dates fall on the Saturday of Glasto so an easy journey across. Would take Adam Ant and ABC https://letsrockexeter.com/
Suprefan
So what do we think about autumn and winter elton john dates in 2020? Theyll easily sell out in advance. https://www.eltonjohn.com/stories/eu-uk-shows-added

Still a conspicuous gap in his summer schedule...

It would have the same sing along/fancy dress/novelty quality of recent legends and he easily has enough hits for the slot. I doubt it'd happen but it would be loads of fun. Edit: obviously he's played before and they don't seem to book repeat acts for the legend slot. Edited October 2, 2019 by jparx

All jokes aside - even if not the traditional legends slot, he is built for some kind of novelty Glasto spot. If not, having him headline West Holts, Other or maybe even John Peel (Sean Paul style) would certainly draw a crowd.
Gnomicide
I didn't stay for the whole set but his crowd was huge in 2010. Still not convinced having that many people put their motherfuckin' hands in the air was a good idea in that heat.

FuzzyDunlop
Snoop should headline the WH for me. He'd get a decent crowd

If you can play the dates he is you aren't doing WHs. 3rd down Pyramid, he was really good last time.
kalifire
Disagree. I reckon Snoop could headline WH and he’d get a better crowd for it.
CaledonianGonzo
He's too big and likely way out of their budget.
lukethekid
I don’t think Snoop is that much bigger than the Wu-Tang, if anything I think the Wu-Tang have a much bigger cult following. And in regards to they couldn’t afford him, he’s played there before. ?
CaledonianGonzo
Not on West Holts.....stages work to different budgets. Snoop is an arena act, and they're generally too big for WH.
Hawky
100,000 to book Snoop on a non-exclusive basis. ... well he was in 2016 and his stock hasn't exactly changed since then.
