Day ticket - bag size?!

Got a day ticket for Leeds tomorrow and Saturday but it says online no bags bigger than A4...Does that mean I can't bring a normal rucksack? It's just over A4 size but I realise that is still over the limit.

How am I supposed to fit a jumper, coat, water bottle, snacks, sun cream etc (everything for a full day and evening) into a bag smaller than A4?

Never been on a day ticket before so any advice is much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Yeah it does - try and pack everything down - you probably won’t need a jumper as it gets hot in the crowd, the forecast looks good too
