Day Ticket Box Office Collection and Parking

I have just ordered a Saturday Day Ticket via the festival website and it says Box Office collection but has no other details.  I have a few questions:

1) Where will we be directed to park on the Saturday so I can see on the map

2) Will it be obvious where to collect tickets from and is it near the Day visitors car park?

3) Apart from the email, what else will they require to allow me to pick up the ticket - id, credit card, etc?
