Updating my registration / photo

Went on the website couple of weeks ago to try and change my photo, and saw this (attached photo), there is no option to upload a new photo as it says there is an order still associated with my registration.

Just been back on now and its still there.

Anyone else encountered this? Dont really want to do a new registration but will do if i have too, my old photo is a hungover puffy faced version of me. I would like something where i look a bit more human :)
