They'll never play Glasto again I reckon. Mark doesn't like huge festivals and they have their own now anyway. Last seen them there 2005 Jazz World I think.

It's probably the year there was no Glade there if my memory is anything to go by.

They played leftfield in 2008 on the Thursday, tent was rammed but it was a strangely subdued gig, the jazzworld 2005 was a cracker though.

Other than their 2005 set when Truth and Lies came out, I'm only aware of an acoustic set they did the year before I think, up in the Greenfields.

Ah, you are completely correct. I was there, and Cud were on after I think as I remember staying for them too. Was wet inside too I think and Leftfield was positioned somewhere down near the meeting point I think?

I seem to remember it was raining.(2008) Mrs mashed was sliding about pretending to be a fish.! My world is such fun. ?

If my distorted memory is correct (if I've got the correct date that might restore some belief in my memory cells) it was subdued because everybody was waiting for a recognisable tune to party too. They played a lot of new material and no fucker knew the words. Still fun though. ?

They played The Glade in 2010, same time as Stevie Wonder was on (or Ash in my case). A few of my mates went and said it was awful.

You should get yourself to Beautiful Days mate, it’s not too far from you. They open it with an acoustic set and close it with a main stage gig. It’s a great festival ?
