Like others I thought The Cure sounded brilliant at the Pyramid.  The best sound I've heard there in 13 years of Glastos.

Also thought the Chems were quiet.  I kept expecting it to be huge but it never did yet I was level with the back of the mixing desk so not in a bad place.   It sounded better there for Johnny Marr.

I came here to say this - best sound of any gig I've been to, the clarity of the sound combined with the strength of the bass guitar was absolutely amazing. Rob Smith said in an interview that the bassist is the soul of the band when playing live (or something along those lines) and I can understand why. Awesome way to end the festival.

The only time I had an issue with the sound was at Billys round ups at the Leftfield. It is jarring listening to an emotional acoustic song about knife crime in London while the Glade starts pumping out halfway through. He did comment about 'our friends at the Glade' at one point.

That whole area is too crowded. The Glade main stage bleeds into the leftfield tent and the other stage, the spaceport bleeds into the Glade main stage etc. Not sure how they could expand it though?
