Day ticket holder campsite

Hi - looking for advise from those that have done this before.

Apparently there is a camping area for day ticket holders that can't easily get home at night.

We're coming on the Saturday and wondered how quickly this fills up as it states its on a first come, first serve basis?

We did this in 2015. It was basically a corner of the parking field with two portaloos. There were about fifty or sixty tents there but room for loads more. Not sure if this is how the day ticket 'campsite' still works but it worked okay back then. Only issue was you had a real melting pot of people there from lads on the piss to groups of families, which meant it was never particularly quiet at any point in the night!
