I managed to bag one of these bad lads

Not sure when it’ll be delivered but very much getting the horn for it now

I got one too, as well as the kae tempest one.

the shipping packaging was the thinnest of cardboard, and the record arrived all bent and mangled.  I sent photos and they have agreed to replace the sleeve.  I mention, because if this happens to anyone else, do say something - perhaps they will upgrade their packing.

No 1 at the midweek point with 4x higher than the second place. A hit then

How many more before they top the billing on the auld triangle

I think you’d need simultaneous planes crashing into the Grammys and Brit awards before they get anywhere near headlining Glastonbury.

And I say that as a massive long term fan.

Agree to disagree. I’m gonna nostradamus it and say 2025 is their year.

A year off from the mad gig schedule they do, instead writing/recording after this year and a return in 2024 with a smash hit album and a sellout arena tour. Then 2025 on the big un

It’s never gonna happen, and definitely not by ‘25. Could possibly see them eventually getting a Pyramid slot when they inevitably do away with the grit of their current sound and release an all out pop album of sorts, but they ain’t ever headlining the thing.

This is brilliant. I love they played four songs out of the singles.

Great that.  Thanks.  Will be watching that a few times on TV with surround sound on festival build up.  I love gigs in libraries an all.  Feels naughty.  Proper nawty 🙂

I really wish we had more of an idea on where they would play. I understand all of the Sunday headliner predictions but you could easily place them just about anywhere on the lineup.

Somebody must know something 🙂

I think Idles deserve an Other headline slot imo. They've done the Park and had another two cracking albums since. Fontaines did JP 2019 and obvious step up to the Park. Wouldn't even surprise me to see Idles on the Pyramid.
