Coach ticket?

Hi all,

I've received my coach ticket email from See but it only has my name/registration number and not my husbands. Have the coach tickets been emailed to people individually? I emailed See over the weekend to check but I've not had a reply, I can't find a telephone number for them and am starting to panic!

Cheers.

My e-ticket doesn't mention anyone but me.

I booked as a group - we all paid separately after but they've all had their e-tickets to their registered email address. HTH

Ah OK.  Looks like different system to when I last went by coach.

Each person will get their own via email.

You can resend the confirmation email yourself.

I would:

1) Use your husband's registration ID and check their profile details

https://glastonbury.seetickets.com/registration/lookup

2) Search your emails - there will be two See ticket references - one for deposit one for balance. You want the balance payment reference one.

3) Enter this reference and your postcode here:

https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice

4) Resend

Booked mine and my mates together. The vouchers were sent to each of us, but they both have the exact same barcode on them.

The barcode's not actually a barcode - just (confusingly) part of the See Coaches logo.

(To confirm, everyone will have been emailed their own individual tickets).

I had a feeling that might be the case actually!

Thanks everyone.

We think the email address they hold for him is the now obsolete orangehome.co.uk domain so will get him to email them and ask for it to be updated. I'm sure it'll be fine!

I am also travelling by a Seetickets coach. Do we have to print the ticket off, or will presenting it on my phone be enough?

From previous experience, it's best to print. If anything it lessens the likelihood of any problems later on! Also if you're on a return coach you'll need it for the way back, mitigates possible issues of phone dying when boarding the coach...

It does say 'please print this ticket' or similar - so probably best.

I've spoken to See Tickets and the coach tickets are emailed to people individually and you'll need to print it off and show it to the driver.

Thanks for all your help guys. Much appreciated!
