Controversially I'll say Jon Hopkins for the second.  Idles have another set and Tame Impala will just be doing an abridged version of their current arena set which, while good, isn't mind blowing.  I feel like Jon Hopkins will be amazing, especially given the stage

edit - aren't Idles waaaay before TI and JH?

I think they mean the IDLES set on The Truth Stage late on.

Mine are:

The Comet is Coming vs. Rosalia vs Ms. Lauryn Hill

Wu-Tang vs Chems

Kamasi Washington vs Dave

Help gratefully received!

Ready or not... here I come... You can't hiiiiiide.

No contest there.

Then Chems because they're always brilliant.

3rd one I'm less sure of as I don't know KM but I enjoyed Dave's album so him.

I have three annoying clashes.,,,

Sigrid vs. Neneh Cherry

Lizzo vs. Janet J

Friendly Fires vs. Little Simz

Sunday can be a struggle at times and I reckon Friendly Fires could be in just the right slot. The music is mainly fun and upbeat and they give it a lot of energy. Just what you need to carry you through Sunday night. Always the chance of some Hawaiian dancers too.

Friday I have a big problem:

IDLES v Maribou State v Dub Pistols (sadly I also don't think any of my mates are up for IDLES)

Followed by Micheal Kiwanuka but this means missing/getting a shit spot for:

Jon Hopkins v Stormzy

Added to the problem that everyone in my crew who will be with me at Micheal will want to go to Tame Impala....

Dub Pistols are v good live but they play anywhere and everywhere.

The clash that has caused the most division in my group is:

Babymetal vs. Jeff Goldblum

I think this is one of those it's acceptable to do a bit of both. Unless you know more than Chocolate and Jeff from the films. Stages are close enough to each other.

Jeff. The Babymetal thang gets boring after one song.

Liam Gallagher or Sharon Van Etten.

Huge Oasis fan and well up for those fanboys Pyramid singalongs/Liam being Liam and slagging off Noel etc but love Sharon and her Park set is one of my all-time favourite Glastonbury moments. Also, ‘Seventeen’ is the song of the year.

This is my big one. Currently thinking SVE> I have a bit of nostalgia booked in for the rest of the weekend and SVE is exceptional.
