Struggling to get excited tbh.  Unless they pulled out Pete Green, that'd be wicked!  Still, they just come across as another relic who're only in it for the money these days.  How much more wealth do they need to hoard, don't two of them own islands?

Given they’re on record as wanting Madonna and Elton John seems very possible, Fleetwood Mac - as good as they’d be - wouldn’t do much to create a contemporary vibe.

Imagine a Macca/FM/Madonna trio with Elton as the legend. Michael’s last hurrah, maybe.

Will  this announcement rumour will make TDay even worse for next year without the 50th Anniversary factor also (in terms of numbers trying for tickets) I know their name pops up every year on the rumour mill but this is now gaining a good bit of momentum now..

I doubt it, really.  If you weren't thinking of going to Glastonbury already would the thought of watching Fleetwood Mac really spur you into trying?

They still play venues the size of Wembley Stadium. I think that assuming that those gigs are not solely filled with already-Glastonbury-goers, I'd say yes, it might!
