dentalplan
Some good shouts. Some pretty baffling ones - how are Skegss and Earthgang anywhere near subbing those stages, for instance? Would be impressed for the most part, however. I had pegged Earthgang as a similar size to when Anderson .Paak did it in 2017, and Skegss probably slightly larger than Savages who did that slot in 2014(?) Paak was highly acclaimed and Grammy nominated in 2017; I’m not sure Earthgang have really broken through at all yet. And Skegss are tiny, nowhere near Savages’ size - if they opened the Park they’d probably be the smallest band on a main stage over the weekend. dentalplan
Yah, Iggy Pop not appearing this year has killed my faith in him ever doing it again. He was around and would've given the lineup something it had a scarcity of... but it still didn't happen. It's never that straightforward, of course, but there must be other forces at work.
