That's the first footage I've ever seen of Blur's headline set. Looked alright to be fair.

This, from Blur's documentary movie, is one of my favourite Glastonbury clips. So dreamy.

I ended up watching Black Eyed Peas that night, I've been actively avoiding footage ahah.

That Levellers crowd was mental! Gonna have to dig out more footage of that tomorrow.

The more I think about it the more I think that show changed my life.

For the worst? Cant have been that bad!

In all honesty I'm obviously gutted I missed such a worshipped Glastonbury moment but I think missing such an important moment because I was 16, really drunk, and wanted to hang out with people more than see a band has shaped how I approach festivals and other big events so positively that I do not regret missing it. Think I've made the most out of every moment since. It all stems from watching Cold War Kids with my dad at the park with us drinking too much (and him teaching me how to roll a cig 'properly', dont tell my mum) so the way the whole night rolled round is one of my favourite memories. And we've had a good laugh about it since.
