It's really late. Why they don't announce a new headliner over the time like they did in the previous years. I know a band want to annouce all date the same day but it's not all the headliners. Something is really strange this year.

We got the habit the last few years to get the headliners earlier (same at Graspop) but announce names in December is not so late. In November, there are so many shows. Get names for festivals early December with Christmas a few weeks after is good too.

Seems here some bands needed more time to announce so festivals got delay. But if we have lot of names included headliners during first days of December, we'll quickly forget we wait a lot for this :)

They are looking to cancel boutique pop up and move the billie concert to the sportpaleis. The ticket sales Are dissapointing.

Damn. I bought some as a gift for my goddaughter. It would still be at the same date I guess ?

Where would one be able to stay, hotel-wise if one wanted to go to the TW Classic? Is Leuven an option?

Depends if there are shuttle after the show to go to Louvain. If yes, it's he biggest city nearby with lot of hotels. In another direction, you've also Aarschot with some good hotels.

Not strange. Multiple factors. One year it is earlier than another. The organisation doesn’t have the idea that they are late, for them is the announcement of boutique(s) and classic the same thing.

Leuven is the top option. Shuttles running. Be quick. Prices rise quickly.

My guess: PJ on the 2nd of December (+ ticket info), followed by other headliners (including TOP) on Tue-Wed-Thu. A batch of midsized and smaller names to top it off on Friday. Ticket sales open on Saturday.

Or the strategy from 2010...

07.12: Pearl Jam
08.12: Muse
09.12: Pink
10.12: Rammstein
11.12: Green Day

If I'm correct, they announced like this. Would love to have the same this year :)

I based myself on that strategy actually. Would just feel weird to lack an undercard when other festivals are 1/3 into their lineup announcements.

Snow Patrol announced some dates for July next year. A very thin chance of them at RW as got to fit in a date between Scarborough OAT and Lytham Festival.

They've already been announced as Headliner for a much smaller belgian festival (Ronquières), so I'll doubt they'll have any other belgian date sadly.

Body Count are doing Tollwood in Munich on the 1st July...It would be great to see them at Werchter, I wonder if that's a possibility?

Nop, they are at Graspop.

Foals have a lovely clear gap to slot RW into. Currently in Manchester on the 1st and then nothing till Mad Cool on the 8th.

Someone on twitter said that Yannis confirmed to her that they were playing Pukkelpop (she is a big Belgian Foals fan)

Normally they will do Werchter too, I have nothing heard about Pkp, but it is not unusual that they do both
