Not necessarily sorting one out, but waiting for one to announce their tour, just like AM 2018.
Would still make more sense to release the other 95%. They must be pretty confident with their line up.

Remember: The Twitter teaser had a "th" behind it, so any 1st, 2nd or 3rd is out.

The offensive announcement of a somewhat concrete date (at least ruling out 6 to 7 days in each month) hints that they already precisely know, when they'll release the line up. I think there is a name on there that has not been rumored and will announce their tour on that dade.

If it was for Sufjan they could announce the lineup one hour prior to the festival and I'd be okay with that.

Sufjan isn't the festivalling type any more and not such a big commercial draw that everything gets stopped for him.

In a way, I admire them waiting to release the full lineup in an age of instant gratification. Dripfeeding headliners just isn't as satisfying.

20.01. Could be a good one for this years theme, but after hinting they are waiting for a head tbc, that might just not be relevant.
21.01. - 23.01. Ruled out, bc. of the "th" in the Twitter teaser
24.01. possible, but Friday isn't ideal for media attention
27.01 - 30.01 - possible
31.01. - 03.02. Ruled out, bc. of the "th" in the Twitter teaser
04.02. - 07.02. possible

Anything later than that seems just mad

it looks more and more likely that the either the strokes/frank ocean are holding the line up. can't see any other headliner that would be the one that delays the announcement.

Great analysis. I'd completely rule out Fridays and today so that leaves just seven potential days:

14, 15, 16 - Averagely likely
20 - Most likely (and not just because of the stupid 20/02/2020 gimmick)
27, 28, 29, 30 - Least likely (as they will have voluntarily stopped sales three weeks prior)

So we should still have it by this time next week?

I had that thought but also assumed I am fooling myself. I sent them a message just to see if they would reply.
