Sorry if I've missed this and am being dim, but the Ibiza silent movie's premiere is at Cineramageddon, right?

And you had to book but it's sold out?

You had to book if you wanted a car. There'll be 2000 headphones available so you could just show up a bit early to make sure you get one, and watch the movie/stay for the silent disco.

Not sure where to put this but... a friend mentioned the only silent disco this year is the one with Fatboy Slim after the movie, anyone know if this is right?

I swear I’ve gone to one in the Park on Wednesday/Thursday nights before?

Someone said the one at the Park is gone and only one left will be Silver Hayes':

Booked in for Dead Don't Die on Thursday night, as really wanted to try one of the cars and this was the only slot where I didn't have anything better to do with a film i'd not seen before. Did anyone do this last time round? Wondering if we get to pick the car (just me and my lady) or they are given at random? Also as it's only two of us if we're given a four seater will we have to sit with two randoms?

Will likely have a nap during the show either way...

Will definitely turn up at 2am Sunday night/Monday morning for Escape From New York (love that film!). I'm not going to book just in case I am doing other things but last year I popped in for Apocalypse Now at the same time and it was very easy to find a car.

Anyone else booked and not had a confirmation email? Booked a car for the big lebowski and only had the PayPal receipt so far

Mine had gone to Spam; make sure to check there. And dont't worry too much about it as the Paypal transaction nr. is the confirmation they'll use when you attend. Or email them: Boxoffice@cineramageddon.com

They seemed to be allocating them fairly randomly, but I think we were there on the first night of it so there's a reasonable chance that they'll have changed things as they went along.  Or rethought how to organise it between festivals.  Good chance you might be able to ask if a certain car is free, and if it is they'd probably oblige...

There were three of us, but our car was buried into the ground so nobody could have joined us.  I think I've seen plenty of posts of people speaking with randomers in the cars so I'm guessing it's possible.  Not something they can police as you have to be allowed to go to the bathroom and they're not checking that everyone goes back to the right cars!

Cool, I think we'll get there early and try and make sure we get a two seater if possible. While i'm all for socialising with strangers at the festival, not when i'm trying to watch a film. There's a code to be followed!

I'm not that grumpy, honest...

My friends are thinking of doing this. Sunday night - watch the headliners, have a mooch around and finish off there. I am a little reluctant as I don't want to pay £20 to not feel in a fit state. It would be a different way to end the festival though

Enjoy if you do it! At least you will get the £20.00 back whether you do/don't enjoy the experience. It's worth getting up there during the day for a walk around all the cars/planes too if you get the time. I really enjoyed doing that on the Sunday afternoon.
