Exciting!!! Totally forgot about the one in 2017, despite having planned to come (and being mocked by my friends for it). Went to the Boomtown one but it was the wrong meet up.....third time lucky!!!

Missed last years efests and resale survivors meet due to shifts getting in the way, '16 arrived on the thursday evening  so am going to try my best to make this one.  

After being on here for a few years, it'll be lovely to put faces to the names of you all!

There were two of us and our non-efester friends. It was fun, but we assumed no one else had turned up and later discovered that @bennyhana22 and some others had been in the same bar at the same time. No idea how we missed them!

If any newbies are feeling a little nervous or reticent about turning up - don't be. I was a newbie in 2017 and everybody was really friendly and very welcoming.

I was there at Boomtown too! I found people at the meet, and the elusive Benny. Although he was camped with us so that may have been cheating.

Haha, yes, I know....I think I've told this story before, but we were actually looking for a ginger girl in the bar as we thought you would be at the meet. I asked one girl with red hair if she was called Lucy, and she said yes, and I said "oh! EFestivals???". She looked thoroughly confused and said that she had just assumed I was trying to buy some LSD. Ha!

Surprisingly not...I don't think I''ve ever been drunk at the efests meet. Try to make it, It's really good to put a name to a face. I've been surprised on a few occasions.
