Can I change the name of my PA? If so when is the latest I can do it? 

My original PA potentially might not be able to go, a friend in my group has offered to support me, is there a way I can change the name or is there a deadline does anyone know?

You can definitely change the name as my friend did in 2017, I don't know what the deadline is though. So contact the Access team as advised above. :)
