In all seriousness, I guess it depends on their ages. Could try one of the family camping areas like Wicket or Cockmill? Failing that, Hitchin Hill next to Spring Ground is a pretty chilled out camp

Agreed, as I suggested hitchin or lime kiln are close to the family camp and are easy going, but still close to pyramid John peel and the wood.
