Ticket dispatch date

Something wonderful happened yesterday. I was checking hourly and then...

Tickets will be sent by secure delivery shortly to the address provided.
You will be required to sign for them.

Your tickets were prepared for despatch on 09 Jun 2019. Tickets will typically leave our office the same day.

Panic over!  Spoke to the nobs at See and they say they have been dispatched, not sure why it says what it does!!!

Glad to hear that, if there had been an issue and tickets not signed for by the addressee,  see tickets would have sent replacements .  Personally I would have shat myself if I got that message!

I had this last year. For us it was because someone in the group had returned their ticket so caused a bit of confusion for SEE. In other news, still waiting on our dispatch e-mail!! Come on SEE

Does anyone have a direct phone number for Seetickets?  I just received my tickets and there are only 2 tickets in the envelope instead of 4!  The dispatch email and even the complement slip confirms there should be 4.

This is not the kind of panic I like dealing with :(

It used to be 01158 960073 but not sure if that number still working.  If not, it should be 0871 220 0260, but the buggers charge 13p a minute for that one!  Good luck

I have to say that mine arrived over  a week ago, everything by the book, email on the31may, tickets the next morning by my friendly postie who was aware of my anxiety.  After the hellish wait in 17 this was a tremendous relief though I am still waiting for a WV parking ticket. 

So the plan is, start a thread about ticket dispatch and you will get the early!

01158960073 was a number I got through on a few months ago. They do seem to change it time to time

So I've got through to them now, and they've taken my details and will call me back.

Anyone had any experience of a problem like this?  I'm worried they'll take some kind of "well we can't be sure you haven't sold it so we can't replace it" line.

If it’s not in by us leaving on Sunday 23rd (having a wee break in glasto town before the festival) being Scottish I will, for those fans of the thick of it, go into full Malcolm Tucker mode with see tickets.

I've had this since Saturday afternoon as well. Not overly concerned just now, but it had better show something by tonight, or my panic will start all over again.

Just for my sanity, for some reason the address in my registration account is an old one (tickets were dispatched to my current one which is the default on see tickets), I don't suppose this would be an issue would it? My photo is fine, slightly different hair/beard lengths but nothing substantial. For reference neither of these actually match the address on my ID (home/uni address scenario).

I'm the same will mean the letters haven't actually left the office they should get a mail uplift today/tonight and it should update I would guess when actually with royal mail.

So the See statement "Typically leave our offices same day"
