As a filmmaker for the Theatre & Circus Fields I'm duty bound to remind you what an amazing place this is to visit if you are lucky enough to have tickets. If you've never been then here's an example of what goes on there.

Ahh man, Theatre & Circus is my all time favourite area. I remember in Glastonbury 2015 on Friday I had all these plans but instead of going through with them I sacked em all off and spent 6hrs wondering about theatre & circus!! Now it’s a yearly ritual.

The Rajasthan Heritage Brass Band accompanied by a circus performance in the big tent was fantastic, I’d certainly be back for something like that

I love this area. being a circus monkey myself, just to watch some amazing act in a quieter area of the festival with some nice food is lovely.

Yes love it there, in 2017 my son and I spent an excellent couple of hours in the circus big top on Saturday night and missed all headliners

Plus it has the Brooklyn lager tent.

Love the T&C fields. Always feel for that field in particular when it's a muddy year as they are impacted more than most.

And before I went vegan, it had the fish finger sandwich stall.

Plus the tent that sells the Belgium beer on draught. Drink and watch the Walkabouts perform. You may even be part of it.

My top tip to every newbie is to make sure you spend some time in the Theatre and Circus fields. Just love the area!

Can I just say as well for a 1 minute film that is fantastic. Gave me all the feels! Can't wait to be hugged by trolls and see people do crazy things with hula hoops!

Stumbled upon Blackskywhite one night at the astrolabe - one of the most disturbing things I've seen! But excellent, hope they're back!

Never really spent much time here but tempted. Fun after dark? I think the more set to music, closer to the theatrical/performance side  side of he SE corner and the Arcadia show would be most to my taste.

Any recommendations? Does much happen there on Weds or Thursday?

I believe Circus Big Top is open on Thursday evening this year
