Wouldn't surprise me at all if they announced it right after T-Day tbh. They've got in the habit of announcing a headliner nice and early, and for the first 50th announcement she's pretty much the biggest name they could announce.

Not since the introduction of the deposit scheme. They did announce at least one headliner before ticket day every festival from 2003 to 2008.

This time last year The Cure announced a run of Euro dates. Glastonbury was announced in April.
