Not noticeably.  The bigger the crowd, the more work they do for his vocals.  Saw him in a theatre, an arena and a field on his tour and his voice seemed to get better each time.  Probably because it was supplemented with thousands of others.  See also: Brown, Ian.

On this one I'm breaking the rules slightly because it's one I love and want to hear rather than one I think will go down best. Sue me

I'm sure he'll struggle with the high chorus, and it's incredibly unlikely he'll do it (although it was played on the 2018 tour a few times) but I don't care.  Just remember listening to this song when I was back living with my parents but looking for a job and a house share after I graduated uni.  I'd seen the world outside my home town, and I was absolutely ready to leave it for good. Beautiful track. When you think that songs like this were just B-sides in the early days....
