K2SO
Friday I'm In Love. I'm expecting them to play that last (though I don't know their setlists), and will try to make it back for the end to see it if I'm not watching anything else special

Gnomicide
Thanks for the thread, @bombfrog I guess we'd known about The Cure for so long, the excitement had waned. This is getting me excited now. I'm going for Inbetween Days. Edited March 15, 2019 by Gnomicide

Very special song for me with everything that was happening in my life at the time. nysmaw
Can we get some love for Lovesong? When I started learning English in primary school, we once listened to Friday I'm In Love in class (perhaps to learn the days of the week...). I remember telling my mum to which she said to my 10-year-old self that of all songs our teachers chose the most overrated one, and that kinda stayed with me to this day. No point starting a thread about each artist so thought I'd do it all in one thread one at a time. (I realise that the thread could go on for a while). I'm going to include artists which I don't know much about as I'm lazy and need help knowing what tracks to listen to.The rules: * I'll post a new artist each day (unless I'm busy) alongside the winner from the previous day. * One vote each * Try to vote for the song which will go down best at Glastonbury, not the ones that sound best on headphones at 2am, if that makes sense. * I'll post the result as a public playlist once it's got enough on it. * Please resist the temptation to say "they're all shit" if you don't like an act. Let's try to keep it positive. So, in no particular order, to kick it off, what's the best track by...... The Cure I'm saying "Inbetween Days" Agreed, In Between Days easily for me

bombfrog
Results for The Cure Winner: Pictures of You (7 votes) A Forest (5) Just Like Heaven (5) Boys don't cry (3) Inbetween Days (3) Friday I'm In Love (2) The Lovecats (2) From the edge of the deep green sea (2) Why Can't I Be You (2) Lullaby (2) Lovesong (1) Disintegration (1) Plainsong (1) Cut Here (1) Labyrinth (1) "One More Time" Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me (1) Today forumites, can you tell me which is the best track by:The Chemical Brothers I'll start by saying I've been following them from before Exit Planet Dust and yet I think the Chems are all about the here and now so I'm going to nominate their new track "Got To Keep On", which I think is going to tear the metaphorical roof off of the Other Stage field. SwedgeAntilles
This is REALLY fucking difficult but imma have to go for Hey Boy, Hey Girl. Reason being I think it's been able to do something rather special and recover from being overplayed and, arguably, sound even greater now than it did when it was first released. It's always one of the best things they do live and it's utterly synonymous with them as an act. I already know that if I'm in the Other field when that drops I'll go crazier for that than almost anything else I'll hear that weekend. Edit: having said all that Elektrobank is a great shout @kalifire Edited March 16, 2019 by SwedgeAntilles
Mattymooz
Hmm recency bias is making me wanna say MAH (I freaking love that track), but I'm gonna go for this instead:
