Just had a look at Algiers’ Songkick page and it says they’re playing ‘Leftfield stage’ on Sunday

Oh!! Great news that they're Sunday....it's looking a bit thin on the ground for me ATM, so thrilled they won't be clashing with anyone!!! Leftfield though? Do they have a big stage? I guess if they've only put that one set on their songkick page they won't be playing elsewhere...?

Venom Prison is Friday also, so there go my comments yesterday about them not wanting to put 2 of the bigger acts on the Truth stage on one day :P

So if the info about them subbing Gojira is right, that would put Gojira on about the same time as the main stage headliners, rather than later in the night...

Edit: or actually, does it just say 7.00pm for all the acts, just noticed Brass Funkeys are also down for 7:00pm

Yeah think 7pm is just the default time. Would expect both these and Gojira to be later in the night.

Fair, I was about to dramatically declare that unless someone incredible gets pulled out of the bag for JP or Park on the Firday night, I'm all about Gojira, but I'll hold off for now.

If that time is right then it’s gonna be William’s Green. Sports Team aren’t gonna be halfway up the John Peel bill.

It’s not out of the question. Dead Kennedys were on at the same time as Foo Fighters. In fact, I think that is more likely than waiting till 1am to have these bands play.

This is more and more likley pointing in the direction that Idles will be on Thursday night/Friday morning. Which makes me ridiculously happy.

Was speaking to Alex from Sports Team - told me they are playing Williams Green. Didn't know exact times but thought middle of the afternoonish - 2pm onwards. Going to probably be one of my sets of the weekend - the tour was incredible!

Says 4.30pm on the Friday on that image.

Would think Williams Green will be pretty busy for that.

Just noticed the 4.30pm, probably will be quite busy but obviously depends on clashes. I'd happily miss a couple of things and hang around there before though. I think it'll be an amazing stage for them but does seem too small realistically. Last band I saw in there in 2017 was Jagwar Ma and that was pretty special.

I strongly discourage this. It’s a 2000-capacity tent - plenty enough for a band playing pretty small venues and small stages at small festivals.

Noticed Napalm Death played 8pm on the Thursday. Are we thinking this time for Denzel?

Yeah, I would say so. The stage historically closes at 11 on Thursday nights, so it shouldn’t be a late one unless they’ve decided to change that.
