Ah, that's excellent. Them and 'Smoking Buns' both excellent places. Genuilely bewildered how the other, inferior, dogshit burger vans are still in business at festivals.

What are peoples thoughts on the smokehouse place just along from the ciderbus?

I had multiple "smokehouse stackers" last time but can't remember if that was because they were nice or just didn't have much of a queue whenever I went there!

Some folk are just a bit lazy or *ahem* tipsy and need to reach for something just to stop them falling over.  If your throat just tastes of old hooch and bile it's not too much of an issue.

Burger Bear is absolutely superb! Best burgers I've ever had in London.. tried to go in 2017 when they were in Bloc 9 but they were always closed unfortunately when we wandered over! Will definitely be going this year

I've often found if it says 'Gourmet' it's best to avoid. I'd love to see The Grazing Shed to make an appearance. I had a couple of burgers there at Greenman last year and they were great

Yeah, I hope by reading these threads and making a quick note of those recommended, it might ring a bell if I pass them in the fields as somewhere worth visiting.

I tried them last festival and was disappointed. It was a lot more bland than I expected. I had whatever the veggie dish was.
