If he's making it there I think it's safe to say more (maybe not all) US acts will make the trip. That'd be ideal, I'd love to know if it was Posty or FR that didn't want any guitar acts on at the same time in 2019. Very true, definitely a change in direction overall. The Pit hasn't been overly busy during the day in recent years but with metal/rock being pushed into the smaller stage the crowd might be a bit more heavily concentrated in there. Though I am surprised that FR bowed to these demands from Post Malone, Download Festival have often caved in to individual egos but not many cases of FR doing it.
