I've been there in 2017 and the organization was a disaster, but I saw in 2018 they changed location (the new one is easier to reach from Milan city centre) and maybe other things, so I think it should be better.

As almost every italian festival, there's just one stage in a really big area.

Great, definitely going to keep tabs on it. Let's hope they announce some names sharpish.
