You're spot on, BSR, Jenny Lewis is always great, from Rabbit Fur Coat, right up until now. Four really good albums. Saw her when she was promoting the last album and she was ace live too.

The question I was going to ask there Mardy.  She's got a gig coming u pin Brighton, considering a ticket. Never listened to her stuff so was going to give new album a go.  Would you recommend her to someone who's never listened to her at all?

I went and saw these in January but after I'd been to the football and another gig earlier in the day so it all went a bit over my drunk head, with every release I understand more and more why that was the case ahah. Think people have mentioned on here they've got dates around glastonbury, hope they're there. But not on too late. Or too early.

I love this anyway, the drums are intense.

She's a laid back performer, very much the anti-Idles, but pretty good. Just don't expect sweaty abandon. If you'll lucky you'll get her cover of 'Handle with Care'

Just discovered Franc Moodys latest single She’s Too Good for Me. Hadn’t heard of them before so had a listen to some of the back catalogue and was very impressed. Felt like a laid back funky electronic vibe, but some songs also sounded a bit like Parcels. Good stuff

New The Intelligence song isn't long enough, sounds good though so I'm excited about the new album. Dunno if they'd play Glastonbury but they have a date in France the week before so you never know (with Flat Worms to boot). Their Live At San Fransisco album last year is great and made me wanna see them even more

I know I said I thought Flumes last mixtape was dissapointing but Ive now been listening to it for the past week and I just cant stop. There isnt really any standout tracks (other than Spring which is amazing) but the whole project is really strong and cohseive.

So if that wasnt enough Flume just dropped another new track. A bit more of a poppy one this time

Thanks bud, think I might well stretch to that.  Definitely wasn't expecting anything like Idles!

More new Interpol. An EP consisting of this, Fine Mess and 3 more new songs is out on May 17.

Nice.  Been listening to Marauder again recently, and they're rapidly working their way up my list of bands I want to see in June

For the impatient amongst us, new Billie Eilish album is out there. Quite like it on first listen although I've no idea why, but the fairly prominent US Office sample on "my strange addiction" is rather off putting to me and I say that as a fan of the show.

Where do we reckon she'll place on the farm? Mid-Other?

Well, this is wild

I like it! Not as good as some of the songs from their previous record (or even Mein Land, really like that one), but I'm impressed by the way they worked out the theme of Germans having a hard time coming to terms with their history.

Yeah I'm loving it as well, can't stop watching it. Think it might be one of my favourite music videos, great track too.
