Book
God, probably something about Peruvian gold miners.

Favourite eFester
@Yoghurt on a Stick due to his wonderful stories. I'm kinda surprised he's not everyones favourite tbh

Did you miss Glastonbury?
Hell yes! Although I did drink a lot of cider, hung out in the sun and watched NIN twice that weekend, so I guess it was quite similar

Three wishes for Glastonbury 2019
1. That my two Glasto besties will eventually decide to sack of the wedding and come to Glastonbury and we'll see the bride-to-be the previous weekend

2. That my newbies will love it as much as I did on my first time

3. That I finally make it into the Underground Piano Bar and the people who run it aren't pricks

Festivals lined up for 2019
Glastonbury, Boomtown :D

Thank you Sasperella, that's a lovely thing to say, and a fine accolade.

Best wishes for the New Year. :)

Album

Christine and the Queens

Song

Lux Prima - Karen O and Dangermouse

Gig

Sleeper at Oxford O2

Festival

Green Man. I'd forgotten how nice it was to be a festival as a regular punter, but was at rather a loose end in the mornings between 6am and 12noon... :D

Movie

I didn't go to the cinema once.

Book

The Ordnance Survey Puzzle Book is AWESOME.

Favourite eFester

I'm not picking just one.

Did you miss Glastonbury?

Yes, very much. But I'm not sure how I'd have coped with the heat if I had been there!

Three wishes for Glastonbury 2019

1. Warm and dry, with a light southerly breeze, and a bit of cloud cover in the evening so it's not too chilly.

2. Christine and the Queens

3. For people not to drop too much litter

Festivals lined up for 2019

Glastonbury (working), Tandem (probably running a vegan food stall with Mr P&P), Green Man (as a punter again)

Album

I Don’t Run - Hinds

Song

Make Me Feel - Janelle Monáe

Gig

Only did one gig this year, Frank Turner at Exeter Uni...so that.

Festival

Did End of the Road fest solo. A pleasant if unspectacular weekend. Would return if the lineup suited.

Movie

A Star Is Born

Did you miss Glastonbury?

Surpisingly very little. I started a new job in the middle of June so I was preoccupied with that and the World Cup. Itching for next year though.

Three wishes for Glastonbury 2019

1. Friendly neighbours

2. Dry ground without a heatwave

3. Janelle Monáe

Festivals lined up for 2019

Just Glastonbury and some day festivals here and there. May try a smaller one solo if there are any lineups that are just too good to resist.

Album

Joy is an act... - IDLES

Song

Danny Ndelko - IDLES

Gig

Rhythm of the 90s was the most fun!

Festival

Boomtown

Movie

Avengers: Infinity War

Favourite efester

It's too hard to single out just one: the whole of the NFR thread/ @guypjfreak for his resilience/ @Yoghurt on a Stick for how many stories / @oneeye for sticking with me on the countdown threads! / countless others!

Did you miss Glastonbury?

Yes in terms of the break from 'life' it gives me, but I had a lot going to keep me occupied! Although I clung to this site throughout.

Three wishes for Glastonbury

1. That I make it to the festival, and the lead up is stress free.

2. All those who need tickets manage to get sorted - I will help out who I can.

3. To hope everyone makes the best use of their time there - make friends with strangers/do something different etc.

Festivals lined up for 2019

Glastonbury

Boomtown (not sure on - my friend has applied for a microvenue and we don't know whether to go yet)

Creamfields (one day, not my usual place - ?)

Bluedot (thinking of taking my daughter)
