It's an embargo, for an act to announce that they are playing, which I reckon is the same embargo that every act at the festival has (although I have considered it could just be for a stage), hence my original post thinking it was today.

I get bits of info from time to time, year to year which I usually send over to Neil to decide what to do with (because i'm usually too scared to post it in case it's incorrect!) but this was too juicy not to.
