I was wondering this until I remembered Katy Perry playing at 6pm on Saturday in 2017. Big stadium filling pop act just like the spice girls, they'd need to play the Pyramid for sure i'd say but there's space for them I reckon.

Even if The Spice Girls were playing, there's no way they're waiting until the reviews come out before deciding if they're worth a slot.

If It is sadly the spice girls I can see it been embargoed just because you can still get tickets for the tour, its normally a case of another festival or an act with a current big tour

Didn't one of them say that they'd been asked when they were on a chat show? (maybe jonathan ross, the chat show i mean not the spice girl) i could really see it happening they don't even have shows announced for next year they're literally performing together right now it could be done so easily

Please for the love of god let it not be the Spice Girls. While I can avoid seeing them on the day, the inevitable groups of people going round the farm afterwards singing Wannabe is not something I can countenance. Bad enough i'll have to cope with groups of lads singing Wonderwall, but both at the same festival is unacceptable. 

Can't wait for the final poster to drop and breathe a sigh of relief that this is all mad speculation.

A legitimate reason of why I think the spice girls might not play is that im not sure they'd book Miley and the spice girls in the same year. All speculation though once again

Unsure if that comes into the thinking , I think of the festival had a chance to book an act that was high profile they would just do it
